2.1 By accessing the 3777cx platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein.
2.2 You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 3777cx:

3.1 To use the 3777cx Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.
3.2 One Account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different contact details, or via third parties — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 3777cx reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and retain any balance therein.
3.3 KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be required at account opening or at any subsequent time at 3777cx's discretion. You will be required to provide:
3.4 3777cx reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, are found to be fraudulent, or do not match the registration details on file. Any balance on a fraudulently opened account may be voided without recourse.
3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 3777cx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 3777cx will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 3777cx are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied by 3777cx for PKR transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 3777cx reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.3 The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Payments page and may vary by method. 3777cx does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 3777cx reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal where the destination account does not match the KYC-verified identity.
4.5 Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times which vary by method. Standard bank transfers typically process within one to three business days. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within the same business day.
4.6 3777cx reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal at its absolute discretion, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected on the Account.
5.1 All bets placed on 3777cx sports markets and all casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules take precedence.
5.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 3777cx, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Confirmed bets are binding.
5.3 3777cx reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error is identified, regardless of whether the affected bet or round appears to have been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
5.4 Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, T20I series, and bilateral one-day series — are subject to the official results declared by the relevant cricket governing body. 3777cx will settle markets in accordance with those official results only.
5.5 3777cx does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or feature at any particular time. Games and markets may be suspended, removed, or modified without notice.
6.1 Any bonus offered by 3777cx is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside that promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Bonuses may carry wagering requirements which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 3777cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where it believes a Player is abusing a promotion, exploiting a technical error, or acting in bad faith. In cases of bonus abuse, 3777cx may recover bonus amounts and any associated winnings from the Player's Account.
6.4 Multiple accounts, coordinated wagering between related accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.
7.1 3777cx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable steps to prevent problem gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A Player who self-excludes will have their Account suspended for the elected period and will be removed from marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period expires will not be actioned.
7.3 18+ Registration and access to all 3777cx Services is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and above. 3777cx deploys age verification as part of its KYC process and will close any Account found to belong to a minor. Any funds held on a minor's Account will be returned to the source payment method only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3777cx platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the 3777cx platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of 3777cx or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3777cx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 3777cx content without express prior written consent.
10.1 3777cx provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant uninterrupted or fault-free operation of the platform.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3777cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
10.3 3777cx's total aggregate liability to any Player for any direct loss shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 3777cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.1 3777cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines at its sole discretion that:
11.2 Upon Account closure for a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be voided. Verified funds deposited by the Player and not subject to any outstanding dispute will be returned to the source payment method after investigation.
11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 3777cx support. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any balance remaining after outstanding bets are settled will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.1 3777cx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. 3777cx does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.1 3777cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address registered on their Account, or via a prominent notice on the 3777cx platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the 3777cx platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 3777cx's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 3777cx, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 3777cx support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents 3777cx from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its interests.
